What is Base64 Decoding

Simply reverse the base64 encoding operation to decode base64. To begin, delete any padding characters from the encoded string's end. Following that, each base64 character must be converted back to its 6-bit binary equivalent. Finally, the data is transformed back to its original format by dividing the bits into 8-bit chunks.
